The Alliance of Goan Overseas Associations came about as a result of Goan Overseas Associations participating in the WORLD GOA DAY celebrations for the last Six years.
We thought that this was a natural progression towards forming the ALLIANCE of GOAN OVERSEAS ASSOCIATIONS

We can expect more changes and progress with our communication as we continue with this journey. However the key is to start.
