On behalf of the ALLIANCE OF GOAN OVERSEAS ASSOCIATIONS, we congratulate Pretu Nair and Peter D Souza for winning the UNDP-TAHA
and HIV and Human Development Resource Network's (HDRN) media award - 2006. The award is for reporting on Trafficking and HIV. Competing with over 300 reports from local and national dailies, their story "Stuck in traffic" won the award for pinpointing the people involved in human trafficking in Goa.
